The San Francisco Police Department is hosting a Workout Session at Mission Bay Commons Park (towards Terry A. Francois Blvd) in San Francisco. This is a great opportunity to come workout with police officers and learn how to build endurance for the Physical Abilities Test (PAT) and the Academy. Please join us for a great workout!
